Frustrated by overpriced “healthy” snacks and bland low-oil alternatives, we wrote the LiteSwad concept on a napkin. Two friends. One big problem. Time to solve it.
50+ recipe iterations. The entire family became unwilling taste testers. Batch #23 finally cracked the low-oil-but-still-crunchy code. We cried (happy tears).
Posted our raw, unfiltered story online. 100 people said they’d buy on Day 1. Started sourcing quality ingredients directly from local Indian farmers.
